Automatic daily events

BTC-USD and ETH-USD are created daily between 00:05 and 00:15 UTC. The reference is the previous day's final one-minute candle close. Trading closes at 23:59 UTC; the closing candle determines the outcome.

If the reference is unavailable by 00:15 UTC, that day's event is skipped.
